PIC stated that all of these food items were prepared yesterday morning. CDI: PIC created date labels for all food items; EHS advised to utilize painter's tape, date dot stickers, a white board, or a physical paper to keep track of date-marking their TCS foods, because the facility currently writes the date on a small torn piece of paper which is then just placed on the corner of the containers (PIC stated that the date-marking papers fly off the containers sometimes when the WIC doors are opened or closed). *Note: EHS observed that the other RTE, TCS foods stored in the WIC were date-marked with yesterday's date.
