6-301.12 Provide paper towels or approved alternative for hand drying at each handsink. -Pf. Observed no paper towels at hand sink beside microwave. CDI: Paper towels were placed at sink.

3-501.19(B)(3) Follow written procedures for foods held using Time as a Public Health Control (TPHC) for 4 hours. Food shall be marked to indicate the time that is 4 hours past the point in time when the food is removed from temperature control. Pf. Observed all items being held on TPHC on hot line, in hot case and glass door reach in cooler without start/discard time recorded on time labels. CDI: PIC placed start/discard times on items. Ensure food employees are recording time/temperatures of food items when leaving Pineville and when arriving at Uptown location as stated in permit conditions.

4-302.14 Provide a test kit that accurately measures sanitizer concentrations. -Pf. Observed no test strips for quat or chlorine. Facility has both items in the establishment. VERIFICATION REQUIRED.

6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Observed holes in wall above microwave and detached baseboard near register. These are transitional items. Repair.
