Inspections & violations

Aug 18, 2026 A 94 · 8 violations
Inspector comments: - EHS held conversations with the PIC regarding the floor tiles throughout the kitchen. Cracked/broken/missing floor tiles have been cited out on 5-6 inspections in a row. At the start of the inspection the EHS observed the facility cleaning behind the cookline equipment using buckets of water and a hose to help get the grease up. During this process water was observed to be pooling up and stuck in the areas where the tiles were missing causing potential for cross contamiantion if all the water is not mopped up from each missing tile. EHS informed the manager on site at the time of the inspection that this is a repair that must be made as there cannot be stagnant water throughout the cookline. The floor must be smooth and easily cleanable. EHS informed the manager that they need to reach out to the EHS with a plan of action and a timeline for the repair within 2 weeks or an intent to suspend may be issued for the repair.
