Inspections & violations

Sep 8, 2026 A 94 · 7 violations
Inspector comments: - The menu was observed to have some inaccuracies at the time of the inspection. Facility has a proper consumer advisory and disclosure statement and correctly has asterisks next to the “Yum Nua”, “Shaking Beef”, and “Basil Chicken” dishes (basil chicken dish asterisked for the optional addition of a raw shelled egg to the dish). Facility has incorrectly asterisked the “House Salad”, “Grilled Chicken Salad”, and “Papaya Salad” as the EHS confirmed with the PIC that no dressings or optional add ons to the salads contain raw or undercooked ingredients. Facility must remove the asterisk on the 3 salad dishes on the menus as it is conveying incorrect information to the consumers.
