NOTE: Walk-in cooler at borderline temperatures of 41F. No violation of food temperatures but manager/ PIC of shared kitchen called in a service repair for WIC. Issue with cracked pvc drainage pipe with Suite 103 therefore affecting Suite 102. PIC informed EHS that this will be a simple fix and that repair will be completed no later than tomorrow. EHS will follow-up on repair.
