7-201.11 Store toxic materials to avoid contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service/use items. -P Observed sanitizer bucket on the bottom shelf of the prep table with food and single service items. Also observed a spray bottle of sanitizer on the shelf with clean dishes in dry storage. CDI PIC moved sanitizer bucket and bottle.

2-303.11 Remove jewelry on hands and arms while preparing food. A plain ring, such as a wedding band, is allowed. Observed 3 employees with jewelry on their arms while handling food. 2-402.11 Use head coverings, beard guards and clothing to restrain body hair from contacting exposed food, equipment, and utensils. Observed 2 employees with no head coverings on while handling food.

3-304.14(B) Hold in-use wiping cloths in properly concentrated sanitizer between uses. Observed wiping cloths stored in sanitizer bucket that was at 0 ppm Quat. CDI PIC refreshed the bucket to 200 ppm Quat

4-903.11(B)(2) Clean equipment and utensils shall be stored covered or inverted. Observed clean equipment stored in dry storage area uncovered and not inverted. CDI Employee inverted equipment.

6-305.11/6-501.110 Designate and use an area for the orderly storage of employees' clothing and possessions. Observed employee phones and keys on the bottom shelf of the prep table with food and clean pans. CDI Employees moved personal items.
