2-401.11 (A). Employee beverages must be stored in a designated area where contamination of food, clean equipment, utensils, linens, and single-use articles cannot occur. Observed two examples of employee food stored with or above food for the public one on the prep table the other in the two door reach in cooler. Both placed at the bottom of the cooler.
