Observed containers of bean dip and guacamole being stored in glass door reach in cooler, packages of watermelon slices being held in end cap cooler, containers of cut cantaloupe and cut honeydew in grab and co golfer, cut watermelon in a mobile cooler, and containers of garden salads and grilled chicken salads all being stored above 41F. See temp chart. CDI: PIC removed all items that had been in respective units between 2 to 3 hours and placed in walk in cooler to rapidly cool and voluntarily discarded all other items.
