Inspector comments: Inspection occurred at 18501 Harbor Light BLVD, Cornelius, NC 28031 (Safe Harbor Peninsula Yacht Club lot.)
Per conversation with PIC, MFU may resume periods of sale for routes and/or events within the near future. Should dates of operation become known, EHS has requested that PIC and establishment staff inform Mecklenburg County Health Department of dates of preparation or sale in advance to best allow for unannounced inspections and visits. EHS has provided contact information via business card.
Note: EHS observed thin probe thermometers, test strips, and food contact surface sanitizers stored within commissary kitchen on date of inspection. EHS advised PIC to maintain these supplies on MFU during hours of operation.
