Inspector comments: Mobile food unit permitted primarily for special events and private events. Due to business and season being off, mobile food unit has not been in service. Wen contacted as to inquire about when it would be in service. Owner volunteered to operate mobile food unit in the parking lot behind his brick-and-mortar. Owner gave inspector three days of operation this week and three days of operation next week.
