5-205.15 Maintain a plumbing system in good repair. EHS struggled to get hand sink working properly. Was able to wash hands with sufficient velocity of water. However, faucets should be looked at and properly calibrated to ensure that the hot and cold water can be turned on easily and turned off (to avoid unnecessary waste of limited amount of water )easily.
