Inspector comments: On-site visit for the purpose of initial inspection for the new permit for Gramartz 2
Observed secondary permit holder present working with food and some food preparation taking place in the dry food storage area and not behind the counter in the kitchen area. Recommend additional stainless steel tables to facilitate and expedite all food preparation that must take place inside the kitchen area.
Note no person in charge with the Commissary present at time of inspection
