Did not observe any sanitizer solution available to be connected to dispenser unit. Provide sanitizer solution at all time so vanity/lavatory can be cleaned with an all purpose cleaner and sanitized. The lavatory, its handles, faucet, and vanity shall be washed using an all purpose cleaner and rinsed daily if the room has been occupied. A sanitizer shall be applied to the lavatory and vanity using a method such as a wipe-on chemically-treated disposable sanitizing towel or equivalent. The sanitizer shall be left to air dry. The lower sheet shall be folded under both ends of the mattress. Recommend providing a dirty linen basket and label it soil; instead of storing soiled linen directly on flooring. Keep clean linen covered during storage since laundry room is being shared with maintenance room. Remove power tools/ lawn mower, weed eater, etc from laundry room. This non-compliant construction may present a life safety issue. Observed the top sheets on the beds did not have a 6in fold over the bedspread. **Two sheets shall be provided for each bed. The lower sheet shall be folded under both ends of the mattress. The upper sheet shall be folded under the mattress at the lower end and folded over the cover for at least six inches at the top end. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (c).

Observed some sheets were stained, and the fitted sheet with burn holes in room 77. **Bed linens, including sheets, pillow cases, blankets and bedspreads, shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (c).

Observed damage lamp shades, satined mattresses, dirty microwave and refrigerators int he majority of the guestrooms.Observed some drawers with debris accumulation, and broken handles drawer tracks on must dressers.Observed the carpet was stained oin most rooms, and white powery substance along the baseboards and corners in room 65. **Furniture, fixtures, carpets and other accessories shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (d).

Repeat Non-compliance: Observed most chemical bottles on the housekeeping cart were not label. **Do not transfer chemicals to unlabeled or mislabeled bottles.

Observed no can washing facility. **Facilities shall be provided for the washing and storage of garbage and trash containers, mops, mop buckets, mop wringers, and any other equipment used in the cleaning of the lodging establishment. Cleaning facilities shall include combination faucet, hot and cold water, hose bibb with a backflow prevention device and curbed impervious pad sloped to drain or other equivalent facilities or methods. 15A NCAC 18A .1814 (c).

Repeat Non-Compliance:Observed mattresses stacked up next to dumpster and trash/litter accumulating at dumpster area. **Rubbish, litter and other items not used in the operation of the establishment shall not be permitted toaccumulate on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .1814 (b).
