No Points Deducted Today: Observed no back flow preventers on the shower wands- rooms 319 and 233. *Provide paperwork stating there is one built inside of the wand or install backflow preventers on the wall pipe and hose area in all rooms needed. -Points will be deducted on the next inspection if paperwork or actual backflow preventers are not installed.

-Observed damage under the restroom sink cabinet- room 330. Repair. -Observed the granite cracked at the restroom sink- room 343.
