CDI-House cleaning manager made fresh sanitizer bottles for housekeeping carts and they will be switching back to an approved sanitizer.

Observed several heating and cooling units in rooms with containers under them to catch watch. Repair heating and cooling units in rooms and at end of hallway on second floor. Repair return air ventilation cover in fitness room. Replace vent cover in room 229 with burn mark present.In the absence of functioning windows, air conditioning and artificial lighting must be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (a).
