Observed no soap at handwashing sink in laundry room. Ensure soap is provided.

15A NCAC 18A .1826 (f) Physical facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed dust buildup in a/c vents in rooms 102, 103, 205, 325, and 324. Increase cleaning frequency to prevent buildup. REPEAT

15A NCAC 18A .1826 (f) Physical facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed hvac filters in multiple rooms with build up left attached. Recommend a higher cleaning frequency.

5-501.15 Maintain refuse, recyclables, and returnables receptacles with tight-fitting lids, doors, or covers. 5-501.114 Drains in receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall have drain plugs in place. Observed dumpster area with dumpster doors left open and drain plug missing. Install a drain plug and ensure that dumpster doors are maintained closed to prevent a possible harborage or attraction of pests.

15A NCAC 18A .1827( c) Household cleaning agents such as bleaches, detergents, and polishes shall be used and stored according to manufacturer's recommendations. Observed chemicals on housekeeping carts unlabeled and mislabeled. Ensure that all chemicals are labeled correctly.

Observed boxes of clean linen stored on the floor in storage closets. **15A NCAC 18A .1828( c) Clean linen and supplies shall be stored in cabinets, or on shelves in linen and supply storage rooms.

15A NCAC 18A .1824(b) Equipment and utensils shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed water fountains with too high water pressure, splattering onto floor.

Keep employee personal items away from clean items. 15A NCAC 18A .1828 (e ) Carts used for soiled laundry shall be labeled or identified for soiled laundry use only. Observed unlabeled laundry carts. Label for clean/dirty.

15A NCAC 18A .1825( e) All refuse shall be collected and stored in covered receptacles. Refuse receptacles shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed recyclables on ground between dumpsters. Clean up area so pests/rodents are not attracted to area.
