REPEAT 5-205.11 A handwashing sink shall be accessible and only used for handwashing. -Pf. Observed at sole hand washing sinks in the laundry room blocked with carts, and linens in it. CDI- Items removed to provide access. Ensure to provide access to all hand washing sinks at all time. 15A NCAC 18A .1826(a) Handwashing sinks as required in Rule .1825 in this section shall be supplied with hand soap, and either individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.- Observed no soap and paper towels in the dispenser at a sole hand sink. Ensure to provide all hand washing supplies at all hand sinks at all time. Points remain the same at this time.

REPEAT 15A NCAC 18A .1827(g) A storage area shall be provided for building and ground maintenance tools and supplies and stored in a manner to aoid contamination of food and food contact surfaces, linen, and single-use articles.- Observed supplies (pillow, linen, tissue, paper towels) boxes stored on the floor 2rd and 3rd floor closet, gym closet. Keep/store all supplies off the floor at least 6 inches.

15A NCAC 18A .1826 (h) Furnishings, bathroom fixtures, carpets, and other accessories in guest rooms, shall be kept clean and in good repair.- Observed detail cleaning needed under the bed/sofa bed in 523, 301, 201, 208. Keep clean.

REPEAT 15A NCAC 18A .1828 (d) Items on housekeeping carts shall be arranged in a manner to prevent cross-contamination between soiled and cleaned items. Observed cups stored next to chemicals, used cleaning rag mix and mingle with cleaning linens on housekeeping carts. Keep clean items separate from dirty and chemicals at all time. Point remain the same at this time.

Empty the water to prevent mosquitoes breeding. 5-501.15 Maintain refuse, recyclables, and returnables receptacles with tight-fitting lids, doors, or covers.- Observed dumpster doors left open when not in use. Keep dumpster doors close.

5-501.15 Maintain refuse, recyclables, and returnables receptacles with tight-fitting lids, doors, or covers. Observed dumpster sliding doors opened during tine of inspection. EHS advised establishment to follow notated rule, CDI sliding doors were closed.

Observed boxes of pillows stored on the floor in several housekeeping closets within facility. EHS advises facility to store clean linen and supplies according to notated rule.
