15A NCAC 18A .1826(a) Handwashing sinks as required in Rule .1825 in this section shall be supplied with hand soap, and either individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures. Observed no paper towels/hand drying device at laundry room handwashing sink. Needs paper towels/ hand drying device. REPEAT.

15A NCAC 18A .1826 (f) Physical facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed paint peeling from ceiling in laundry room. Observed loose floor tile in the hall outside 1107 and carpet tearing at entrance to room 1107. Needs repair. REPEAT. Points maintained due to improvements from last inspection.

15A NCAC 18A .1824(e ) Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be clean. Observed minor debris/staining in fridge in room 111 (Clarion).

Observed no air gap underneath the ice machines on the floors. **5-202.13 Provide an air gap between the water supply inlet and flood level rim of the plumbing fixture or equipment at least twice the diameter of the water supply inlet. -P

Observed vent cover in need of cleaning in room 414. Observed light shield hanging on the 4th floor d-wing and outside of room 215. Observed ceiling peeling in room 414. Observed wall staining in room 4319. Continue to repair baseboards on the d-wing on 4th and 1st floor (Ramada) and wall damage in the closets on the 4th, 3rd and 2nd floor (Radisson). **15A NCAC 18A .1826 (f) Physical facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.

Observed linen stain in room 414 (Clarion) and 211 (Radisson). Linen was removed. **15A NCAC 18A .1828 (a) Clean bed and bath linen, in good repair, should be provided for each guest.
