Observed dust/debris underneath the beds in room 204 and 104. Observed minor stain at the bottom bathtub in several room as well. Details cleaning needed, keep clean and in good repair.

15A NCAC 18A .1828 (d) Housekeeping carts shall be kept clean and stored to protect items from contamination.- Observed single cups and chemicals stored next to and touching each other on a cleaning cart. Ensure to keep clean, dirty, or chemical items clearly separate from each other to prevent possible cross contamination at anytime.

5-501.115 A storage area and enclosure for refuse, recyclables, or returnables shall be maintained free of unnecessary items and clean.- Observed old door frames and unwanted items in the dumpster area. Clear the space and keep clear.
5-501.15 Maintain refuse, recyclables, and returnables receptacles with tight-fitting lids, doors, or covers.- Observed left opening dumpster door when not in use. Keep all dumpster doors/lids close when not in use at anytime.
