General Comment: 15A NCAC 18A .1824(b) Equipment and utensils shall be kept clean and in good repair.- Observed soiled ice machine in the chute on all floors. Detail cleaning needed and keep clean.

General Comment: 15A NCAC 18A .1826(a) Handwashing sinks as required in Rule .1825 in this section shall be supplied with hand soap, and either individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.- Observed no paper towel available at a dual hand sink/utility sink in laundry room, and open sink in employee break room that directly lead to the laundry room. Ensure to provide soap and paper towels at all those sinks for proper hand washing at all times.

5-501.15 Maintain refuse, recyclables, and returnables receptacles with tight-fitting lids, doors, or covers.- Observed solid waste (pallets, buckets, etc..) in the dumpster area, all need to be cleaned up and keep the space clear. Observed broken lids of the dumpster, repair needed. -1 pts-

15A NCAC 18A .1827(g) A storage area shall be provided for building and ground maintenance tools and supplies and stored in a manner to avoid contamination of food and food contact surfaces, linen, and single-use articles.- Observed clean supplies boxes (linens, comforters, cups, lids) stored on the floor in closets throughout the facility. Keep/store clean supply items off the floor at least 6 inches at anytime. -1.5 pts-
