15A NCAC 18A .1824(b) Equipment and utensils shall be kept clean and in good repair.- Observed microwave and mini refrigerator need better cleaning and keep clean in room 628, 407. Observed soiled ice machine in the chute needs cleaning on 6th and 2nd floor. Keep all equipment clean.

General Comment: 15A NCAC 18A .1826 (g) Perimeter walls and roofs shall protect the lodging establishment from the weather, and the entry of insects, rodents, and other pests.- Observed damaged corner of wall beside laundry chute in all housekeeping storage rooms on every floors, damaged wall under the sink in room 407, and storage rooms next to guess laundry room. Repair needed and keep all walls in good repair.

General Comment: 15A NCAC 18A .1827(g) A storage area shall be provided for building and ground maintenance tools and supplies and stored in a manner to avoid contamination of food and food contact surfaces, linen, and single-use articles.- Observed clean supplies boxes stored on the floor in several storage rooms. Ensure to keep/store all clean supplies off the floor at least 6 inches to avoid any possible contamination at anytime.
