Inspector comments: Hand sink installed in closet with upright freezer. Stacked W/D moved to hall accessible bathroom, not hooked up yet. Check with fire and code enforcement to make sure you are not going against ADA requirements or egress requirements. If hot water is run to washer it needs to be >120F so should not come off the line that has been tempered. If storing laundry soap/bleach/softener near washer, a lockable cabinet will need to be installed. Recommend putting self closures on kitchen doors to pull door shut and locked.
