General Comment:
15A NCAC 18A .1608 (a) The interior walls and ceilings, including doors, window, and window trim, shall be kept clean.
EHS observed a stain on the ceiling in room 1. Staff stated the leak had been repaired and the facility is scheduled to paint and remove popcorn ceiling soon and stain will be fixed then.
