Observed one smoke alarm was chirpping indicating need of batterie change.#3 - Observed raw (frozen) meat was stored with frozen vegetable. Rearrange freezer to separate raw meat from ready to eat food. Food storage diagram was provided and reviews.#4 - Observed pots and pans were stored beneath the kitchen sink drain. **Provide covered containers for storing clean food equipment and utencils.
