Inspector comments: All furniture, mattresses, curtains, draperies, and other furnishings shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1617 (a). Observed small hole in fitted bed sheets in patient suite 1 & 4. PIC had CNA to changed and discarded sheets with holes.
Adequate hot water heating facilities shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .1611 (d). Observed no water at sink in patient suite 4. PIC submitted a request to have maintenance turn on water in patient's room.

Each resident will be provided soap and individual towels. These towels will be stored separately after being used. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (b). Observed paper towels absent from some hand sinks. Keep all hand sinks stocked.
