15A NCAC 18A .1610 (b) All hand sinks and baths shall be supplied with hot and cold running water through mixing devices. The residential care facility shall provide each resident with soap and individual hand-drying towels. These hand-drying towels will be stored separately after being used.- Observed no paper towels at hand sink for hand washing in restroom downstairs. Ensure to provide all hand washing supplies at hand sinks at all time.

15A NCAC 18A .1621 (d) The residential care facility shall have gloves, personal protective equipment, disinfectant, individual disposable towels, and a coagulating agent on-site for employees to use and a written procedure for employees to follow when responding to vomitus or fecal matter on facility surfaces. The procedure shall specify the actions that employees shall take to minimize the exposure of employees, residents, guests, food, and additional surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter. - New rule- Observed the facility without vomit and diarrhea written plan. EHS provided the poster ant the time of inspection and the facility will gather the supplies and have available for such an event.

General Comment: #1. Provide hose bib back flow prevention device on hose bib to back yard irrigation supply line. #4. Monitor wooden utensil shelving and shelving with liner. Replace if shelving continue to wear away and shelving liner becomes damaged anymore;

#1. Provide hose bib back flow prevention device on hose bibs on exterior of house. **No backflow connections or cross connections with unapproved supplies shall exist. 15A NCAC 18A .1611 (c ).
#12. Observed protruding piping coming from wall in downstair area from where wet bar was removed. Recommend building a cover over protruding piping, placing wet bar back into area or removing protruding piping from wall. Would recommend placing locks on attic access doors in residents room.**The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608.
