General Comment:
15A NCAC 18A .1621 (d) The residential care facility shall have personal protective equipment on-site for employees to use and a written procedure for employees to follow when responding to vomitus or fecal matter on facility surfaces. The procedure shall specify the actions that should be taken to minimize the exposure to vomitus or fecal matter.- Observed the facility without vomiting and diarrhea written plan. EHS provided the poster and the facility will gather all supplies needed and have available for such an event.

The copy of vomit and diarrhea provided at the time of inspection.

Observed toilet needs cleaning and loose toilet seat in a personal bathroom, need repair. Observed some pink and black mildew along bathtub in share bathroom. Need cleaning and keep clean.
