Observed boost protein drinks stored on the floor in the pantry. Food shall be stored off the floor.

Inspector comments: Issue brought to EHS attention about hot water ranging from 153-156F (which is considered a burn hazard). Rules require hot and cold running water (no range given). At time of inspection, hot water is 82F. Spoke with house manager, Kiara Brown, about hot water. Kiara was made aware of hot water, adjusted water heater, and submitted a work order to Morris Jenkins to have hot water set properly. Appointment is set with Morris Jenkins for today between 3-4pm. Suggested following Nursing Facility guidelines for hot water (100-116F). No violations observed.

Observed hot water temeprature max out at 120F. Adjust hot water temperaature to hand washing sinks, showers, and baths to 100F-116F.
