All sewage and other liquid wastes shall be disposed of in a public sewer system or, in the absence of a public sewer system, by an approved, properly operating sanitary sewage system. 15A NCAC 18A .1612. Observed damaged/cracked on one of a clean out pipe above the ground at the front yard near the drive way. Need repair/replace and keep in good repair.
