15A NCAC 18A .1607 All floors shall be kept clean and in good repair.- Observed clothing, furniture, personal items clustered on the floor (bedroom and closets, laundry room, common room). Clearing, cleaning needed, keep and organize items. Keep clean and clear.

15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a) Residential care facilities shall provide toilet, handwashing, and bathing facilities that are available for use by residents and employees that are kept clean and in good repair.- Observed soiled bathtub and hand sink in bathroom upstairs. Cleaning needed and keep clean.

EHS provided the poster and the facility will gather all supplies needed and have available for such an event.
