15A NCAC 18A .1617(a) Furnishings, including furniture, curtains, draperies, blinds, and mattresses, shall be kept clean. Observed staining on the mattress in Client Room 1. The owner is aware of the issue and stated the mattress will be cleaned. The owner has also ordered a mattress cover to help maintain the mattress in a clean condition.
