Observed black build up to walls in boys locker room shower, per conversation with Mr. Libby it is not mold rather residue from having floors redone. EHS recommends facility clean off walling and repaint if necessary.

Observed aerosol Lysol stored in classroom C210 in reach of children. Observed over 6 bottles of hand sanitizer teacher classroom located in elementary wing. EHS advises that school building only have 1-2 bottles of hand sanitizer out per classroom.

Per conversation with Mr. Libby, all flooring was deep cleaned over the summer and stains are old stains that will not come out of carpet.
