Inspector comments: #4. Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Repair (1) out of order toilet in pre k girls bathroom. Work order has been placed, but toilet has yet to be repaired. Tighten (1) loose toilet seat in pre k girls bathroom in hallway area. Contacted Alex Torres with CMS, and he is in the process of having the plumber come and make repairs. Replace missing wall cover plate under handwashing sink in girls pre k bathroom within the hallway area.
