Observed spring loaded faucets run less than 1 second (boy restroom first and second, girl restroom 2nd floor and girl locker room). Short runtimes need to be adjusted and give enough time for proper hand washing. Suggest a minimum of 15- 20 seconds to allot proper handwashing. Observed disrepair/missing knob of faucet at hand sink (girl restroom 1st floor, girl restroom main hallway, boy restroom main hallway 2nd floor, girl restroom 2nd floor). Observed hand sink with gap/separation between sink and wall in boy/girl restroom 1st floor main hallway, caulking maybe needed. Seal/repair gaps. Keep all fixtures in good repair.
Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).- Observed no soap available in a dispenser in girl locker room. Ensure to provide all hand washing supplies at all hand sinks at all time.
