Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).-Observed girl restroom without paper towels for hand drying, the dispenser was not functioning properly. Ensure to always provide handwashing supplies at all hand sinks at all time. CDI- Paper towels provided at the time of inspection.

Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).- Observed Raid- Ant spray aerosol can stored on top of the counter in kindergarten classroom. Teacher put in lock cabinet at the time of inspection.
