Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).- Observed spring loaded faucet timer running less than 1 second at one of the restroom sink in the field house/gym building. Timer needs to be adjusted to allow proper hand washing.
Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).- Observed in one restroom at the field house, soap dispenser fall off the wall need repair.

See rule 15A NCAC 18A .2405 (a).- Observed hot water at hand sink in classroom measure at 126F in 2/3rd classroom, 124F in 4/5th classroom, 130F all sinks in the filed house/gym building. Hot water temperature needs to be adjusted in a safe range.
