Inspector comments: On site visit today with George Oquendo. Permit issued, inspection conducted. During previous visit on 6/18/2021 permit was denied because main drain covers were listed as being Aquastar R12MFxxx but in fact were Waterway 12”x12” 6400472x. Previously submitted PDSC forms with incorrect information since 2018. Since that time, CPO has resubmitted PDSC form showing that Waterway main drains were installed in 2019 when pool was resurfaced by previous CPO company Carolina Pool Management. Resubmitted PDSC form was approved before visit was made today. Free chlorine and pH checked today - both in compliance. Emergency phone was checked. Address and phone number matched what 911 operator had. Phone was called back and it rang through. On previous visit, following items were addressed: Ring buoy had rope measuring 54 feet 8 inches. Rope cut to required length of 50 feet. Skimmer baskets had leaf debris inside. No night swimming permitted.

No violations were recorded for this inspection.
