Inspector comments: #5 No pool records available. **CPO must maintain records at pool site. Aquatech representative arrived & stated since they (Aquatech) have not opened pool for season (due to problems) until today - pool records will be started today & maintained.
GC #11 Missing both end caps on 1 ladder & 1 end cap on another. **install.
GC #16 Wrought iron fencing adjacent to equipment/ chemical room has vertical members spaced 5" to 51/2". **Maximum spacing should be 4".
Older chain link fence has 3" x 3" mesh (squares). **Maximum should be 2.25".
GC #30 **Install vacuum breaker on hose bib outside equipment/ chemical room.
Note: Pool must close at dusk due to inadequate pool deck lighting & the fact that pool wall lights do not work.
