Doors from club house are not self latching self closing and alarm was not on. Alarm turned on. Suggested purchasing alarms for only those doors to ensure compliance in the long run as the alarm triggers all the doors in the establishment even those outside the pool deck. Observed ladders placed against the gate allowing for a foothold that could allow entry to the pool. Ladders removed.

Inspector comments: 26. .2526 If mirrors provided shall be shatterproof. Observed mirrors in bathroom that may not be shatterproof. Suggest facility check to ensure it meets the rules. Observed main drains on PDSC forms not match with what was on the pool. Facility has AFRAS 10064ACF no AFRAS 10064A. Facility completed new PDSC and sent it to KAtie Wilson for approval. Permit will not be given unitl form approved.
