Inspector comments: Flow meter was not 5% and needs to be 5%. Sent Katie pics of inlet and outlet sides of the flow meter.
Flow meter must remain operable and not exceed 500 GPM due to drain Cover Flow restrictions/ suction hazard.
Septic system functioning properly at time of inspection. Pump tank lid is cracked and letting surface water into tank, replace lid to make sure system does not prematurely fail.

Facility has two hooks, and two ropes for both dive and lap pool together. Facility is also manned with lifeguards at all operating times per PIC.
