.2530(a) Provide ring buoy for rope 1.5 times the width of the pool or 50 ft whichever is less. Observed rope greater than 50 feet in length. CDI- cut to 50 feet.

.2528(b) Maintain no greater than 4" under fence and/or gate (pre-May 2010). Observed some areas underneath fencing with approximately 7 inches. No permit action as pool constructed prior to 2010.
