PO verified with documentation paddock cover inspection and documentation on screws being replaced, screws were replaced in March of 2019. Observed a damaged 5ft sign on the pool deck. Also observed a faded out NO DIVING sign on the pool deck next to the blue slide. CDI-The operators were able to paint the no diving and 5ft signs.

Observed incorrect addresses from the 911 operator and what was stated on the fence. It was determined that the address on the fence was incorrect. CDI-The address was crossed out with a sharpie and the new address was written in. The operator stated they will order a new 911 sign with the correct address.
