Inspector comments: The door from the laundry room leading on to the pool deck does not have a sensor on it; it stays unlocked so people can use the bathroom. The other door leading into the laundry room from the outside has a self locking handle. Residents have a key to get in to use the laundry room. People in the laundry room could still open the door to the pool deck without anyone knowing because there is no sensor. Recommend placing a sensor on the door. Pictures have been taken. I will follow up with Katie Wilson to discuss the matter. Spoke with Chris Elmore about the previous inspection. The pump model number was unable to be seen on the pump.
