CDI- Kings III reset and the 911 operator gave the correct address and phone can now receive calls.

Found Hayward covers for both main drains and equalizers. Told PIC to resubmit new PDSC forms and change equalizer covers. Hayward and Paramount covers are not allowed on equalizers. Permit can not be issued until forms submitted and approved.Inspection conducted with Steve Graham
