2) (1) 4" main drain and (2) 4" skimmer lines; (1) 4" return line.
3) (2) Paddock PCFC2424 drain covers
4) EQ lines plugged in skimmer/plastered on wall. One equalizer line plugged in incorrect hole. Operator was unable to plug during site visit. Provide documentation that correct line is plugged per State recommendations. Given until Monday July 12th to correct or permit will be suspended.

8) No label on filter installed. Verified as Neptune Benson. Verified flow based on dimensions and spec sheet from mfg. Per contractor, Neptune Benson SHFFG 4860.
