Inspector comments: Inspection completed with Gilda Roldan and Marvin Gonzalez.
Facility added a new surface on the deck that is slip resistant and in good repair. Pool plaster was also replaced and is a light blue color where the the main drains and pool floor is easily visible.

Inspector comments: Pool open from 9 am - 10 pm with lights operational
Pool permit when received shall be posted on pool deck for public view.
Upon entering pool observed four people in pool. Pool does not have a permit and should enforce not allowing anyone in the pool until a permit is received.
Pool is to remain closed until updated PDSC forms are approved by MCPH. Please submit updated forms to katie.wilson@mecklenburgcountync.gov

.2539 Must provide accurate information on drain covers and pump information to Health Department. Observed pump that was not identifiable during inspection and facility is unable to state what it is. PDSC from shows it is a pentair challenger with 3 HP but the motor states it has 5 HP. Facility must identify pump and send in updated information to be approved. Immediate suspension issued.
