CDI - Furniture was relocated.

Observed chipping of deck near the edge of the pool deck.
Deck was repaired with fast drying cement mixture.

Inspector comments: Wall panel on shower partition is loose and could pose a tripping hazard. CPO secured wall panel during inspection. Recommended to repair loose wall panels and corner beads to prevent a tripping hazard in the future. Deck plaster just inside gate is starting to deteriorate beside wall. Recommended to repair broken plaster before issue expands.
