.2528(b) Horizontals shall not be located less than 45" in height. The back corner of fence is connected to a townhome. There is a 33” high white rail that is 16” from the top of fence. The other side of the pool has a 42” rail that is 18” from the top of pool fence. Pool is pre-2010. Permit is issued.

Inspector comments: Ensure that PH and chlorine reading are checked and documented daily. As well as doing visual main drain checks followed by documentation. All PDSC items ( main drain, pump, equalizers etc.) matched up to what was provided to MCHD.
