Operator on site for facility, Kelly Tulacz advised documentation for pool records should be in locked room at pool as pool opened during previous Memorial Day weekend. Record book was located, but no of chemical and pool facility provided. Operator was advised that daily chemical records and main drain checks must be maintained. INTENT TO SUSPEND ISSUED TODAY. Return visit to be completed by June 27, 2014 to check maintenance of daily records.

Raised decking at interior gate on the left of the main between smaller spa and main pool inhibiting gate from self closing. Gate is stopping just before closure and if pulled slightly, will close and self latch. Repair gate.
