Inspector comments: Observed flow meter reading 50gpm upon arrival. CPO increased flow while EHS present to match approved PDSC form. Flow meter read 80 gpm after correction.
EHS verified the following in the field:
1. New Pump Pentair IntellifloVS + SVRS, 011057, 3 hp pump
2. Main drain, skimmer and return line all 2” pipe coming through floor in the pump room
3. VGB-2008 Waterway 640-479x drain covers
4. Equalizers plugged in skimmer
5. Blue white flow meter reading above permit restriction see pictures in approved pdsc form for what flow meter looks like.
6. (1) Pentair TR140C filter
7. 5 floor or wall returns
